Taekwondo is a modern and at the same time tradition-conscious, effective self-defence form and martial art from Korea. The intensive, explosive, dynamic and varied body training increases endurance, precision, speed, strength and flexibility. In addition to the health-promoting aspect, special emphasis is also placed on mental strength through concentration exercises, breathing techniques and meditation.
The Taekwondo compact course will take place on Saturday and Sunday (27-28.02.), each from 16:00-17:30.
