Sport plays an important role in my daily life. I work out regularly at the gym, doing strength training and cardio, and I also enjoy trying out different sports. For me, sports are above all about health, discipline, and feeling good about my body, as well as the motivation to get the best out of myself while I’m in my prime. I find it particularly motivating to see progress and continuously push my own limits. While I usually train alone at the gym, I also appreciate training with others. In the past, I also played taekwondo, badminton, and soccer.
What I appreciate about my work
What I particularly appreciate about my work is the opportunity to constantly learn new things and grow professionally. I find it motivating to analyze problems and find solutions. At the same time, interacting with others is important to me—both working as part of a team and helping others. This combination of learning, analytical thinking, and collaboration is what makes my work so exciting.
