With University Sports Bochum since:

  • Summer semester 22

What fascinates me about fitness sport:

  • To realise in the course of increasing successes what one's own body can be capable of if you only steadily sticks to your goals.

What fascinates me about university sports:

  • The community and commitment that can be created through sport.

When I'm not a trainer at Unifit, then:

  • I like to spend my free time with friends or continue my education as part of my sports science studie

My Motto is:

  • "Who you are is defined by the values you are willing to fight for." - Mark Manson
