Every training session is a new challenge that motivates me to push my limits and keep working on myself. It's impressive to see how your body changes and becomes stronger - and the feeling of achieving your goals is incomparable.
What fascinates me about university sports:
The variety of opportunities to get involved in sport and meet new people. The community and the exchange with like-minded people motivate me to give my best.

I'm busy with my studies, reading about health and nutrition or enjoying time with friends. I also often try out new recipes to add variety to my diet.
