- Supervision of the service hours of the service office
- Handling of all concerns of the participants at university sports
- Organisational support for course and studio management
- Administrative support in contract management for the approximately 300 trainers
- Support in bookkeeping and accounting
- Support in the realization of special university sports events
- General secretarial activities to support the management
