On Friday, April 16, the first online course from our ball sports and games section will take place. Our instructor Maryam is looking forward to welcoming you via Zoom starting at 16:45.
If you miss our volleyball courses in presence, or if you want to prepare for the courses already, this is the right place for you. The athletic training has the goal to increase the condition of the volleyball players and to prevent injuries. All athletic and physical abilities should be trained, shaped and improved. Athletic training can be defined as functional training, because all physical abilities are trained. This means a combination of strength training, balance training, speed, endurance and coordination.
