Secure your spot now for the online compact course in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.
On February 20 and 21, the first online compact course from our section martial arts and combat sports will be held. Our instructor Richard is looking forward to welcoming you via Zoom.
Bujinkan Budo is a Japanese martial art that has only been taught publicly since the 1970s, but is now widespread throughout the world. The Taijutsu (jap. "body art") contains the essence of 9 historical fighting styles of the Samurai and Ninja. These warrior traditions are kept alive through the basic techniques that have been passed down (Kihon Gata), as well as their modern practical application (Shinken Gata). Dexterity and knowledge of the mechanics and weak points of the human body are more important here than strength and endurance.
The goal of the training is the development of an intuitive understanding of self-defense: Shin Gi Tai Ichi. Mind, technique and body become one.
