Gold for RUB at the DHM Badminton

The two RUB students Fritz Binus and Felix Hammes can call themselves German University Champions since last weekend. They won the men's doubles title at the German University Badminton Championships in Bonn. After relatively clear victories in the quarter and semi-finals, the two Bundesliga players narrowly beat local heroes Ben Gatzsche and Til Gatzsche from the University of Bonn 21:19 and 23:21 in the final.
