A shower of medals for the rowing team at the DHM
At the German University Rowing Championships in Potsdam, the rowing team experienced a veritable shower of medals. Every boat won a medal, building on the successes of the past.
Particularly noteworthy is the mixed eight, which secured 1st place and thus emerged as the radiant winner. The other boats also achieved outstanding placings: The lightweight women's double sculls and the women's coxless four each took 2nd place. The women's eight and the women's quadruple sculls completed the medal haul with a 3rd place each.
The team included participants from the rowing courses of the university sports programme, who were able to gain their first racing experience over the weekend.
