With Unifit, University Sports operates a 1,100 square meter, well-equipped fitness studio in the city centre, where members of RUB and the cooperating partner universities in Bochum can train individually at over 100 training stations.

Booking start: We., October 08, 2025 (from 09:00 a.m.)
Program start: Mo., October 13 2025
Unifit is closed on the following public holidays: Sa., November 1, 2025
Winter break Unifit: Mo., December 22, 2025 - Th., January 1, 2026 (inclusive)
End of program: Su., February 08, 2026

Training in the Unifit

In einem modernen Fitnessbereich liegt eine grüne Sprintbahn mit weißen Markierungen und dem Wort „START“ am Anfang. Entlang der Bahn sind verschiedene Trainingsgeräte wie eine Hantel, eine Kettlebell und eine Langhantel verteilt. Im Hintergrund sieht man ein lichtdurchflutetes Studio mit offenen Trainingsbereichen und motivierenden Schriftzügen wie „THINK.MOVE. LIVE.“ an der Wand. Die Atmosphäre wirkt einladend und aktivitätsfördernd.

Maximum flexibility for your training

Eine Person hängt sich an eine Klimmzugstange, während eine zweite Person daneben steht und das Training beobachtet oder begleitet. Beide befinden sich in einem modernen Fitnessstudio mit verschiedenen Trainingsgeräten im Hintergrund. Die stehende Person trägt ein dunkelblaues T-Shirt mit der Aufschrift „HOCHSCHULSPORT BOCHUM – TEAM“ auf dem Rücken.
