Achieve your training goals

As soon as you have successfully purchased a Unifit card, the free assisted training is your most important success factor to achieve your goals.

Together with a trainer from the Unifit team, you plan, design and develop your training plan according to your situation and your goals.

We recommend booking an assisted training in the following cases (the assisted training is a voluntary additional service offered by university sports, so there is no right to a fixed appointment):

  • You have completed the start course and now want to create your first Unifit training plan that is tailored to you.
  • You want to complete your second scheduled training session and get professional support for better orientation and correct movement.
  • You have completed your training plan and ask yourself whether and how you should develop it further.
  • You saw exercises on YouTube or in the studio that you absolutely want to learn. Depending on the complexity of the exercise, you can contact the training supervisor directly in the Unifit but the assisted training is more effective, safer and more relaxed for learning complex movements.

For more fun and community during training: courses at the Unifit fitness area

In small groups of a maximum of 8 people, 20-minute courses also take place on the training area, which are free for everyone with a Unifit card: CoreFit and TowerFit. The courses can be booked at short notice so that you can plan your workouts well.
