The first week of courses with the new university sports online live courses is over and the conclusion is very positive.
The online courses with livestream via zoom were very well received by the participants and some of them were even fully booked with up to 100 registrations. Whether yoga, back fitness or Pilates, the feedback from the participants was consistently positive and the entire university sports team, including the trainers, is very pleased to be able to continue to provide sports activities.
