Starting course „Pro“

Do you have several months of experience with free training in a gym or do you practice an performance-oriented sport and the gym is already a routine part of your everyday life? For performance-oriented athletes we offer the quick start "Pro".

The quick start

The quick start for advanced athletes includes a one-time practical unit "Movement theory for free training" in a small group of maximum 6 people. Depending on the size of the group, the unit lasts 1 to 2 hours.

Objective

You learn or optimize your training technique on the barbell and in other free exercises and explore the training possibilities in the Unifit directly afterwards. You will see: For high demands you can count on modern equipment and qualified trainers and staff.

What happens after that?

Once you have completed the starting course, you can book a Unifit card and, if you wish, have your training plan adapted during a scheduled personal training session.
